Our Team Sidney Schlebach Sidney Schlebach, the company owner of Premier Services, obtained his Texas HVAC contractor’s license in 2004, He holds additional HVAC Contractor’s licensing in two other states: Louisiana and Arkansas. He plays an active role in the decision–making for his company on a daily basis. He has extensive knowledge in the HVAC industry dating back to 1972 when he began as a ductwork installer. As an HVAC company owner, he aspires to be the best in providing quality service and craftsmanship on all of our projects. Sidney enjoys spending his free time working on his ranch and driving his grandson, Kaden, around on the tractor! Beverly Schlebach Beverly is the Senior Partner and holds the certificate of minority status for Premier Services. She has 23 years of finance and administration experience directly related to the construction industry. Beverly oversees the day-to-day operations of the office staff and accounting department. Beverly enjoys decorating, shopping for antiques, and spending time with grandson, Kaden, in her free time! Anthony Schlebach Anthony Schlebach began with Premier Services in 1999 as the HVAC Division Manager. He assessed and reconciled all needs of the HVAC department, coordinating with other trades and customers onsite to ensure timely start and completion of our scope. In September of 2018, he moved into the role of HVAC Estimator, bringing his expertise and knowledge from the field to produce quality proposals for Premier Services’ customers. Anthony and his wife, Kimberly, have two children, Chasity & Chase. Anthony enjoys being outdoors, either working in his building, fishing or hunting. You can also find him spending precious time with his (2) granddaughters. Randy Craven Randy Craven has been with Premier Services since February, 2004. He is the Plumbing Team Manager. This includes customer relations with all customer accounts and field mechanics additional workers on a daily basis. Randy also coordinates with other trades and customers onsite to ensure timely start and completion of our scope. Randy has 3 daughters and 5 grandchildren whom you will find him with often! Chasity Minshew Chasity Minshew is the Controller of Administration. She has been with Premier Services since June of 1999. Chasity oversees the administration of accounting, finance, and human resources: gaining knowledge and experience in taxing and accounting on local, state, and federal levels since her hire date with Premier Services. Chasity enjoys shopping, reading, and spending time with her family and friends. Chasity and her husband, John, have 2 daughters. Joey Vasquez Joey Vasquez is the Plumbing Superintendent. Joey began working for Premier Services in 2007 as a Plumbing Apprentice gaining the knowledge and expertise to move him into the position he holds today. You can find him at our Plumbing projects meeting with customers and coordinating employees in the field. Joey and his wife, Danielle, have (3) daughters. Joey enjoys weightlifting and fishing, as well as watching his daughters play sports. Fernando Avina Fernando Avina is the HVAC Superintendent. Fernando began working for Premier Services in 2011 as an HVAC ductwork installer. He was promoted from an installer to a Mechanic III over the course of 7 years. In his new position, he is using his knowledge and expertise to meet with customers and assure the HVAC projects are moving along smoothly and efficiently. Fernando and his wife, Claudia, have (2) sons. Fernando enjoys working in his building and spending time with his family.
